It is hard to believe

We need to be strong, we know that, but how? How can someone accept all the bad things that happen? How can someone accept without fully understanding what is going on?

All the rain, the mud all over, the flood, all so unfair, so cruel.

My mom is there. She is living in one of the cities where lots of people are suffering. Where people are losing house, family, friends, everything.

People have no water, sometimes no electricity, no food.

Counting: 110 dead, 78000 homeless, 1.5 million people affected. And that's only in Santa Catarina, only in one state.

It looks like war. Pictures of destruction, mud everywhere, sadness.

We just need to pray and hope for this to be over soon.
